Cancelling less than 24 hours before delivery
50% refund
This is because the order may already have been packed, purchased from suppliers or allocated for delivery. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Incorrect or damaged items
Contact KHARIVO within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the affected item(s)
Where the claim is validated, KHARIVO may replace the item or provide an appropriate refund.
