This policy explains the customer information KHARIVO collects through this website and how it is used.
Information we collect
We only collect the information you give us when you place an order:
- Your first name and surname
- Your mobile number
- Your delivery address and delivery area
- Your preferred delivery date
- Any message or delivery instructions you add to your order
- Your order details, amounts paid and outstanding balance
- The proof-of-payment file you upload at checkout
You do not need to create an account to order. If you are a KHARIVO staff member with access to our internal order system, we also store your sign-in email address.
Why we collect it
Your information is used to:
- Process and confirm your order
- Verify your payment and any outstanding balance
- Prepare and deliver your hamper to the correct address
- Contact you about your order, usually on WhatsApp
- Assist you with questions, cancellations, refunds or delivery issues
We do not use your information for anything else.
Proof of payment
The proof-of-payment file you upload is stored in private storage. It is not publicly accessible and cannot be opened from a public link. Only authorised KHARIVO administrators, signed in to our internal order system, can view it, and only to verify your payment.
Who can see your information
Order information is stored in our secure database and is visible only to authorised KHARIVO administrators through a password-protected admin area.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only where it is necessary to fulfil your order — for example with the person delivering to you — or where we are required to do so by law.
WhatsApp messages
When you confirm an order on WhatsApp, the message is sent from your own WhatsApp account to KHARIVO and is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order records and proof-of-payment files are kept for as long as we need them for record-keeping, customer support and to meet business and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will assist you.
